Aura Energy Limited (AU:AEE) has released an update.
Aura Energy Limited has revised the number of options available for quotation from 76,126,635 to 76,126,478 due to a rounding down of fractional entitlements. These options, which are exercisable at 30 cents and will expire two years from the date of issue, were offered on a 3 for 4 basis to participants in the recent Placement and Share Purchase Plan. The adjustment reflects a minor correction to the original figure announced on May 31, 2024.
