Auna S.A. Announces Key Auditor Changes and Meeting

Auna S.A. Class A (AUNA) has released an update.

Auna S.A. is set to hold an ordinary general meeting on December 30, 2024, where key agenda items will include the approval of its 2023 financial statements and the dismissal of KPMG Audit S.à r.l. as its statutory auditor, replacing them with ATWELL due to regulatory reasons. Shareholders are also to ratify the appointment of KPMG Perú as the contractual auditor to comply with U.S. SEC requirements. This meeting marks significant changes in the company’s auditing framework, which could impact its financial reporting processes.
