Renowned for his expertise in CNC programming and his successful leadership in various companies, Mr. Smith also brings his experience from serving on the board of RiskOn International, Inc. to the table. His appointment is expected to capitalize on his extensive business administration knowledge and proven track record to drive the company forward, as he joins the Audit, Compensation, and serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
