Howard Ash has stepped down from his role on the Board of Directors at Ault Alliance, Inc., effective immediately. His resignation is not due to any disputes over the company’s operations, policies, or practices. Ault Alliance extends its gratitude to Ash for his service, including his time as the chairman of the audit committee, and wishes him well in his future pursuits.
