Aukett Swanke Group PLC has announced the issuance of 5 million new ordinary shares at an exercise price of one penny each, resulting in £50,000 in gross proceeds. These shares are expected to be admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around July 2, 2024. This exercise leaves the company with 37.5 million outstanding warrants, with the potential to raise an additional £375,000 if exercised.
