Aukett Swanke Group PLC has successfully completed the unconditional sale of The Old Torpedo Factory for £2.5 million plus VAT, with a £250,000 deposit already secured. The transaction is slated for completion in September 2024. This move is part of the company’s strategic shift towards becoming a leading London-listed Smart Buildings and related services provider.
