Augmentum Fintech PLC has recently bought back 25,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 107.70 pence per share, which are now held in treasury. After this transaction, the company’s total shares in treasury reached 12,266,726, while the total issued shares count stands at 181,013,697. This buyback affects the total number of voting rights, now at 168,746,971, which shareholders may use to calculate their percentage of ownership.
