Augmentum Fintech PLC has recently exercised its power from the last Annual General Meeting to buy back 13,516 of its own shares at a price of 100.50 pence each, which will subsequently be held in treasury. After this purchase, the company’s treasury holds over 13 million shares, with the total number of shares in issue standing at 181 million. This buyback affects the total voting rights, now at approximately 167.7 million, which shareholders can use as a reference for calculating their percentage of ownership.
