Augmentum Fintech PLC has announced the repurchase of 16,240 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 105.00 pence per share, which will be held as treasury shares. As a result of this buy-back, the company now holds over 11.5 million shares in treasury, with the total number of shares in issue, including treasury shares, standing at approximately 181 million. This buy-back affects the total voting rights, now numbering 169,423,745, a figure relevant for shareholders when calculating their percentage of voting rights.
