Augmentum Fintech PLC has reported the buyback of 50,000 of its Ordinary shares at an average price of 109.898 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s total shares in treasury stand at 11,381,530, and the total number of voting rights is 169,632,167. This buyback follows the authorization from the company’s Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2023.
