Augmentum Fintech plc has recently executed a buyback of 19,129 of its own Ordinary shares, at an average price of 98.79 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury holds over 11 million shares, while the total number of shares in issue, including those in treasury, stands at 181 million. Investors may use the new total voting rights figure of 169,732,167 as the denominator for ownership calculations.
