Audio Pixels Holdings Limited is diligently working towards the successful fabrication of its advanced MEMS-GEN-II chip, having made significant progress in overcoming wafer deformation challenges. The company has been improving its designs, software, and other functionalities while awaiting regulatory approval for a substantial share purchase by Earth Mountain Microelectronics. Despite the current trading suspension on the ASX, Audio Pixels is seeking additional funding to support working capital needs and is negotiating the extension of the maturity date for its convertible notes.
