Audinate Director’s Shareholding Update

Audinate Group Limited has disclosed a change in Director Aidan Williams’ holdings, with an acquisition of 33,494 fully paid ordinary shares and the vesting and lapse of performance rights, as per the company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan. The total updated holding for Williams is now 1,930,799 ordinary shares and 117,059 unlisted performance rights.
