Audeara Director Increases Share Holdings

Audeara Limited has announced a change in director James Fielding’s interest in the company, with an on-market acquisition of 156,487 ordinary shares at a total value of $8,575.49, increasing his total holdings to 9,823,352 shares. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts and no securities were disposed of during this transaction.
