Audax Renovables SA has actively executed its share buyback program, acquiring a significant 98.62% of the planned maximum shares at an investment of 3,689,458.79 euros. The transactions took place over a week in August 2024, with share prices ranging from 1.8638 to 1.8997 euros. This buyback is part of a strategy approved by shareholders in June 2022.
