Atturra Limited has updated the remuneration package for its CEO, Stephen Kowal, following a periodic review, with changes effective from July 1, 2024. The new package includes a fixed pay of $550,000 per annum, potential short-term cash incentives up to 60% of base pay based on performance, and a long-term incentive plan tied to the company’s financial achievements. Details of the updated CEO compensation terms were released in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4.
