Atrys Health S.A. has announced changes to its board of directors, including the resignations of Ms. María Rosa González Sans and Ms. Aurora Catá Sala, and the re-election of Mr. Fernando de Lorenzo López and appointment of Mr. Jose Elías Navarro, each for a tenure of four years.
