Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation has launched a public offering of common shares to raise $25 million, with an additional over-allotment option that could bring the total to approximately $28.77 million. The proceeds from this offering, which is expected to close by October 4, 2024, will be used to repay existing debt and provide funding for future mortgage loan opportunities.
