Atrato Onsite Energy Plc is moving towards a members’ voluntary liquidation following the disposal of its entire solar assets portfolio. Shareholders are set to receive approximately 80.2 pence per share, slightly above previous estimates, with initial distributions expected early next year. The liquidation process, subject to shareholder approval, involves suspending and eventually cancelling the trading of its shares.
