Atrato Onsite Energy plc has expanded its clean energy portfolio with the acquisition of a 13MW solar portfolio for £9.3 million, enhancing its solar asset base across the UK. This acquisition is expected to generate 10 GWh of clean energy annually, contributing to significant CO2 savings and powering approximately 3,800 UK homes. The investment, financed through a Revolving Credit Facility, aligns with the company’s commitment to providing long-term contracted cash flows and progressive dividend income to shareholders.
