Atour Announces Major Secondary ADS Offering

Atour Lifestyle Holdings (ATAT) has released an update.

Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited, a prominent hospitality and lifestyle firm in China, has announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 10 million American depositary shares (ADSs) by Legend Capital at $16.90 per ADS, aiming to raise approximately $169 million. The company will not receive proceeds from this offering, which will see Legend Capital’s ownership drop to 7.6% post-sale. The offering, managed by BofA Securities, CMB International Capital, and Citigroup Global Markets, is subject to standard closing conditions.
