Paul Dennis Greenberg, a director of Atomos Limited, has increased his indirect shareholding through on-market trades, acquiring a total of 732,423 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares for a consideration of $27,246.90. Following this transaction, Greenberg now holds 6,332,423 shares and 2,650,000 options in the company. This change in director’s interest has been duly reported to the Australian Securities Exchange in compliance with corporate regulations.
