Atomos Limited has announced a new proposal to issue 50 million options at an exercise price of $0.03, expiring on 30th November 2025, with a proposed issue date set for 21st May 2024. This strategic move intends to raise capital through a placement or other securities issuance, pending confirmation of the new class code and approval by the ASX.
