Atlassian (TEAM) has provided an announcement.
Atlassian Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors to include Adobe’s Chief Strategy Officer, Scott Belsky, starting August 1, 2024. With the board now comprising 11 members, Belsky will also join the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee. He will receive pro-rated compensation including a $55,000 retainer and $290,000 in stock units, fully vesting within a year or at the next annual meeting. Belsky’s appointment is free of any conflicting arrangements, and although Atlassian occasionally deals with Adobe, he holds no significant interest in these transactions.
