The filings, which are now available on SEDAR+, follow a period of regulatory scrutiny after the company failed to meet previous filing deadlines, leading to a cease trade order. Atlas Global aims to rectify its continuous disclosure obligations and seek revocation of the trade order with the anticipation of completing outstanding interim filings by mid-May.
