Atlas Engineered Products Secures $14.5M for Expansion

Atlas Engineered Products Ltd (TSE:AEP) has released an update.

Atlas Engineered Products Ltd. has successfully completed a funding round, securing $14.5 million through a combination of a bought deal and a concurrent private placement. The company is set to use the capital for the purchase and installation of robotic automation equipment in several facilities, as well as for a new building in Clinton, Ontario to support the expansion, potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes. The transactions have paid substantial commissions and are pending final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
