Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. has expanded its Board from eight to nine members and appointed its CEO, John Turner, to the board. Turner, with over 20 years in the oil and gas sector and previous high-level financial roles, brings a wealth of experience to the Board. His appointment, effective immediately, comes without additional compensation or any conflicts of interest. The company publicly announced Turner’s board election with a press release but clarified that this information is not considered legally filed for regulatory purposes.
