Atlas Arteria Director Bolsters Shareholdings

Atlas Arteria (AU:ALX) has released an update.

Atlas Arteria director John Wigglesworth has increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 20,578 additional ALX Ordinary Stapled Securities at a total value of $96,510.82, or $4.69 per security. Following the purchase, Wigglesworth’s total holdings in the company have risen to 28,078 securities. The transaction took place on September 25, 2024, and there were no disposals of securities or changes in director’s interests in contracts reported.
