Atlantic Sapphire Completes Major Funding Round

Atlantic Sapphire (AASZF) has released an update.

Atlantic Sapphire ASA has announced the completion of its rights issue, securing up to USD 64 million with substantial underwriting, alongside a convertible loan and warrants issuance. The subscription period has ended with approximately 5 billion shares subscribed, and the remaining shares will be taken up by the underwriters. Final allocations for the shares, convertible loan, and warrants are to be determined and announced soon.
