Atlantic Sapphire ASA has announced the completion of a rights issue, aiming to raise up to USD 64 million through the issuance of new shares at a price of NOK 0.10 each. The subscription period for this capital increase ends on October 4, 2024. This move is part of the company’s effort to expand its pioneering Bluehouse® salmon farming operations and increase its annual production capacity.
