Atlantic Sapphire ASA has announced the key details of its underwritten rights issue, including a subscription price of NOK 0.10 per share, with an ex-date of September 18, 2024. Shareholders will have preferential rights to purchase new shares at a ratio of 61.0552 per existing share, with a 1:1 subscription ratio for the rights issue. Additionally, subscribers and underwriters will receive free warrants, with the company aiming to list these warrants on the Oslo Børs post-rights issue.
