Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II and Ace Green Recycling, Inc. have entered a business combination agreement, positioning Ace as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Athena. This merger highlights Ace’s innovative technology in battery recycling, aimed at recovering essential materials with zero emissions. Ace’s strategic expansion plans include building a flagship recycling plant in Texas, targeting both lead and lithium-ion battery markets, valued collectively over $55 billion.
