Athena Gold Corporation has successfully closed the third and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising a total of CDN$1,054,000 through the issuance of 2,620,000 Units at CDN$0.05 per Unit. The proceeds will be used for exploration work on its projects in Nevada and Ontario, as well as for general corporate purposes, supporting its plans for aggressive exploration and potential company restructuring.
