ATEX Successfully Holds AGM, Expands Leadership

ATEX Resources Inc. reports successful shareholder approval of all motions at their Annual General and Special Meeting, with strong backing for the appointment of directors and ratification of the company’s financial plans. Newly appointed CEO and President Ben Pullinger has also joined the board of directors. The company continues its exploration of the promising Valeriano Copper Gold Project within the mineral-rich Link Belt.
