ATEX Resources Welcomes New Board Member

ATEX Resources Inc (TSE:ATX) has released an update.

ATEX Resources Inc. has announced the appointment of Chris Beer to its Board of Directors, where he will also act as Chair of the Audit Committee following Rob Suttie’s departure. Beer brings extensive experience from a 24-year tenure at RBC Global Asset Management, complementing his background in geology and finance. Additionally, ATEX is proceeding with a $500,000 private placement with Mr. Beer, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
