Aterian PLC has issued a correction to a previous announcement, specifying that S Bamford is now the person subject to notification of major holdings, replacing Dowgate Capital Limited. Furthermore, the shareholder’s name has been amended to The Bank of New York Mellon on behalf of Dowgate Capital Limited, with all other details remaining unchanged from the initial report.
