ATCO Ltd Cl I NV’s subsidiary, ATCO Structures, has completed the acquisition of NRB Modular Solutions, bolstering its market position in Canada and expanding its turnkey modular construction capabilities. The $40 million cash purchase from Dexterra Group Inc. enhances ATCO’s product offerings, allowing them to address Canada’s housing crisis with a variety of modular solutions.
