Atalaya Mining PLC has reported that Jesus Fernandez, a key managerial figure, sold 65,000 shares at an average price of 486.0 pence each, leaving him with no remaining holdings in the company. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on May 21, 2024. Atalaya, a significant European copper producer, operates the Proyecto Riotinto in Spain and is listed on the London Stock Exchange under ‘ATYM’.
