Atalaya Mining Chairman Buys More Shares

Atalaya Mining (GB:ATYM) has released an update.

Atalaya Mining PLC has announced that its Chairman, Neil Gregson, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing an additional 5,000 shares at 343.0 pence each, now holding a total of 10,000 shares. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on August 15, 2024. Atalaya, a European copper producer, operates the Proyecto Riotinto in Spain and is involved in several other mining projects.
