Glenn Grant, CEO of Atacama Resources International, has resigned to expedite the revocation of the Cease Trade Order by the Alberta Securities Commission. The company, which has been under the CTO since 2018, is in the process of appointing new management and is focused on transparency and delivering shareholder value. Grant remains a major shareholder and is confident in the new management’s ability to deliver for the shareholders.
