ATA Creativity Global Faces Nasdaq Price Alert

ATA Creativity Global (AACG) has released an update.

ATA Creativity Global has been notified by Nasdaq of a minimum bid price deficiency, as its shares have fallen below the required $1 threshold for 30 consecutive days. The company has until November 25, 2024, to regain compliance by having its share price close at or above $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days. The company’s day-to-day operations remain unaffected and it plans to take measures to rectify the bid price shortfall within the allotted time frame.
