Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) reported a 6.6% increase in passenger traffic for March 2024 compared to the previous year, with notable growth across its operations in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia. The uplift was led by a significant 16.0% rise in Puerto Rico and a striking 37.7% spike in international traffic for Colombia. Despite a 6.83% decline in domestic traffic, Mexico’s international sector surged by 11.1%, signaling a robust recovery in cross-border air travel.
