ASUR Faces Mixed Passenger Traffic Results in July 2024

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASR) has released an update.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) reported a 1.7% decline in total passenger traffic in July 2024 compared to the previous year, with a total of 6.4 million passengers. The decrease was primarily due to an 11.1% drop in Mexico, despite gains of 15.4% in Colombia and 10.5% in Puerto Rico. The growth in Colombia and Puerto Rico was attributed to significant increases in both domestic and international traffic.
