Astro Resources NL has announced that Kalonda Pty Ltd, Floreat Investments Pty Ltd, and Anthony Leibowitz have become substantial holders, collectively acquiring a 11.94% voting power in the company through 50,629,762 fully paid ordinary shares. The acquisition, which includes transactions dating back four months, involves a significant cash consideration. Anthony Leibowitz, with dual roles as director and controlling shareholder of the involved entities, has been identified as the key figure behind these transactions.
