Astro Resources NL has reported a change in substantial holdings by Greenvale Energy Ltd, which disposed of a 20% interest in Knox Resources Pty Ltd, leading to a slight decrease in its voting power from 12.46% to 12.27%. The disposal, approved by shareholders on May 31, 2024, involved a consideration of $250,000 for 5 million shares. Greenvale Energy now holds a total of 51 million voting shares, including 23 million shares in escrow until November 29, 2024.
