Astro Resources NL has issued a Change of Director’s Interest Notice indicating a significant increase in director Anthony Leibowitz’s stake in the company. Through direct and indirect interests, including those via Kalonda Pty Ltd and Floreat Investments Pty Ltd, Leibowitz acquired 30,666,668 fully paid ordinary shares for a total of $920,000.04 in an off-market purchase, elevating his total holdings substantially.
