Astria Therapeutics Completes $50M Common Stock Sale

Astria Therapeutics (ATXS) has released an update.

Astria Therapeutics, Inc. sold the remaining $50 million of its common stock through its at-the-market offering program, issuing 7,684,412 shares for net proceeds of $48.5 million between December 1, 2023, and January 29, 2024. Following this, the total outstanding shares of the company’s common stock amounted to 43,980,603.
