AstraZeneca (GB:AZN) has released an update.
AstraZeneca has announced a successful pricing of a €1.4 billion bond offering through its subsidiary AstraZeneca Finance LLC, divided into two tranches with maturity dates in 2030 and 2033. The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. The bonds, part of a larger EMTN program, will be listed on the London Stock Exchange but are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act.
