Astrana Health, Inc. and its subsidiary APT have signed a Purchase Agreement to acquire all outstanding interests in Collaborative Health Systems, LLC, Golden Triangle Physician Alliance, and Heritage Physician Networks for $37.5 million, with additional earnout payments up to $21.5 million. The deal is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, with an anticipated closure before the fiscal year-end.
