This request follows a previous extension to 31 July 2024 and is due to the appointment of new auditors, Forvis Mazars LLP, and the ongoing finalization of the 2022 audit. The company plans to include the audited 2022 financial statements in the upcoming unaudited reports to provide accurate comparative data.
